Yes, we certainly do! WhatsApp us and let us know when you are coming for personalized service, as we do limit the number of people from entering the showroom at any given time.

We offer island-wide door to door delivery option (limiting to within Singapore Main Island), delivered specially by our professional mechanics. You may also select the “Self-Collect” option at checkout and proceed to our showroom for self-collection. You can collect on weekdays from 0830hr to 1730hr, excluding Public Holidays.

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Bank Transfer: Paynow to our UEN No: 200710495H (GSI Electronics Pte Ltd)
  • Credit Card (handling charges applies)
  • LatitudePay Instalment Payment (handling charges applies)

All our bikes are adjusted, tuned and assembled upon receipt of customer orders and it is based on individual customer requirements specifically, including the optional accessories. Therefore, we apologize that we are unable to offer return, exchange or cancellation of order. Please be rest assured that our bikes are checked thoroughly for defects by our professional mechanics, while assembling. Our customers are encouraged to check and test the bike before we officially hand over the bike. We do not entertain refund or exchange due to customers’ change of mind, unfortunately.

We offer One year warranty from date of invoice on Bicycle Frame and Fork. The warranty covers only damage free from non-external forces and normal usage only and does not cover wear and tear components and consumables. The warranty also does not cover damages due to misuse, accidents, modifications and rain/water damages. Please do not modify or retrofit our bikes as this will void the warranty.

Customer may bring the bike to us during the warranty period. We will analyze and feedback to customer the replacement or refund solution upon factory confirmation (in normal case, we need one to two weeks to provide the solutions).

Sale of goods act and warranty is solely between V2 Motto and original purchaser (name indicated in Tax Invoice), upon date of invoice.

We have limited stocks for each bike color. We are unable to accommodate to change of mind after order has been confirmed.

We aim to always provide precise and correct information and materials in our webpage. We do apologize if there are any technical, typographical, or photographic errors found and we may make amendments to the information in our webpage without prior notice. 

Due to different batches of shipments coming in, in the slimmest chance where there are component shortages, we shall reserve all rights to replace certain parts with comparable components of similar value. We are always here to advise – don’t be shy, our customers are strongly encouraged to clear all doubts before making purchase as we are unable to accept any return or exchange of bike for any information dispute or change of mind.
